Add a "Wait until" node in Workflows

Rather than a straight delay, add a node in Workflows that "waits until" a user has triggered an event or a specific time has been reached.

While not currently scheduled in. We'll be spending some time to plan and investigate the idea later on this year as we work on improvements to Workflows that make it fundimentally more flexible. Rory Colsell: Hey Rory, is there an ETA for this? It's a major roadblock for what we're wanting to do in our business which will likely result in us churning from Vero if we don't have an ETA unfortunately

Dion Factor: We’re really keen to add this, the current plan is to work on this in the first half of next year alongside some other Workflow improvements. The last quarter of this year we are focusing on SMS and multi-channel, then we’ll be getting stuck into Workflows again.

Into a workflow, I would like to pause the workflow after an email has been sent, until a specific event is triggered, without knowing how much time I want to wait for this event to be triggered.

In a workflow it would be useful to add a logic node/step that that lets you hold the customer at any point in the journey until an event is triggered or until a specific time is reached.
