Workflows can currently only be triggered by "events" (actions users take). This would enable you to trigger workflows when a user enters a segment.

Allow behavioral campaigns to be trigged when a user is added to a segment or send to an entire segment while still being able create drip sequences based on user interaction with the previous email.

Thanks for your comment Robert ONeill. Thats correct, this has been on our list for over year and unfortunately it's not yet live. That said, we have time set aside this quarter to run a design sprint determining exactly how we'll implement this.

We're keen to make sure we implement this in a way that complements the real time event stream that Vero is built around, so it deserves a lot of consideration (it touches many parts of our product). We're very aware it's a popular request so we will leave an update on this ticket as soon as we've made progress, we'll also likely be looking for feedback around that time.

This is beyond needed, not sure why we are currently limited to triggering by 'events' only.

The full filter functionality at the trigger level would be ideal
