Add the ability to send a Newsletter to unsubscribed customers, for sending important, service related notifications and announcements to customers.

When I am importing large audiences I want the the 'importing' and 'finalising audiences' steps to take less time so I don't have to wait for long periods of time to finalise and send a campaign.

Add the ability to connect directly to a MySQL database, query the database with SQL and import the result of the query into a newsletter audience.

The Newsletters product currently includes the Drag and Drop and HTML template editors, but does not yet include a Rich text editor for simple text/gmail style emails.

A colleague has made templates in Newsletters and I cannot see them in my view. It would be great if we could share access to a joint project/account.
